Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms.Hackett was Executive Director of the South Orange Village Center (SOVCA) Special Improvement District. Before working with SOVCA, she was Executive Director of the Downtown Millburn Development Alliance. Ms. Hackett’s expertise includes business development, strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, brand strategy, and domestic and global promotions. A skilled grant writer, fundraiser, and media consultant, she has more than twenty years’ experience in conceiving and leading high profile, award winning campaigns and projects that address multicultural markets.
Jeffrey Le Benger MD- Board Chairman
Dr. Jeffrey LeBenger has served on the Board of Directors of Summit Medical Group, P.A., for nearly twenty years, as well as fifteen years as the group’s Chairman/CEO. Under his leadership, Summit Medical Group grew from 50 providers to more than 350, with annual revenue over $300 million. He is Board Certified in facial plastic reconstructive surgery, and otolaryngology head and neck surgery. He attended New York Medical College and completed residencies at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Robert Booth reengineered the financial infrastructure and physician compensation model at Summit Medical Group. He previously served as financial leader for Nemours/Dupont Hospital for Children and Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia. He earned his Bachelors of Science at Villanova University.
Rebecca Levy Esq. – Board Secretary
Rebecca Levy oversees and manages all legal affairs for Summit Medical Group and the Foundation. She provides legal perspective and advice on a wide range of strategic and operational issues. She was previously engaged in the private practice of law, focusing on the representation of various health care providers, health care systems, and surgery centers, in corporate and transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. She earned a Juris Doctor with a Certified Concentration in Health Law from Seton Hall School of Law.

R. Gregory Sachs MD, FACC
Dr. R. Gregory Sachs has served on boards for Overlook Medical Center, Atlanta Health Systems, and the New Jersey Hospital Association. He is past President of Overlook Medical Center, Medical Staff and the Medical Society of New Jersey.
William A. Tansey, III MD, FACC
Dr. William Tansey is Ambassador for the American Heart Association of Northern New Jersey, a founding member of the American Heart Association of New York/New Jersey, Connecticut/Long Island Heritage Affiliate Board, Chairman of the American Heart Association Advocacy Committee, and a founding member of the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services Cardiovascular Health Advisory Panel. He also is Chair of the Liberty Science Center Board in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Joe Lemond, Esq.
Mr. Lemond counsels clients on federal and state tax matters involving trust and estate planning, individual and corporate tax planning and litigation, and local property tax litigation. His counseling includes designing and implementing estate and succession plans involving charitable income tax deductions, qualified plan/IRA assets, generation skipping transfer tax “dynasty” trusts, life insurance trusts, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, family limited partnerships, and selling assets to grantor trusts. Mr. Lemond forms and advises non-profit organizations and private foundations as to their tax and regulatory obligations, advises clients involved in business transactions of the tax impact of alternative deal structures, and manages state tax litigation including income tax, corporate tax, sales tax, “nexus” and local property tax matters.
Marnie Cambria Dardandanello, MD
Dr. Marnie Cambria Dardanello is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She attended The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and completed a residency at Children’s Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She has also been featured in the 2012 and 2011 New Jersey Family Magazine ”NJ’s Favorite Kids’ Docs” listings.
Hari Nadiminti, MD
Dr. Hari Nadiminti is a Mohs micrographic surgeon with expertise in diagnosing and treating skin cancer and benign growths. His expertise includes scar revision. He attended University of Miami School of Medicine and completed residencies at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Cornell University Medical College. He is the recipient of the MDx Medical, Inc. Patients’ Choice Award and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery Young Investigators Writing Award. He is also a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, and American Medical Association.
